Flushing of toilet drains
At the end of August, a lady from Malmö noticed that her toilet was not working properly. She had a problem with the toilet drain, when she flushed the toilet the waste water came up from the shower floor drain. This can't be happening, she thought, and started looking for companies that could help her with the problem. She hadn't had to contact a drain cleaning company before and didn't know where to call. She googled and the first result that came up was 24 Center. She then called the customer service line and they answered briefly.
She received a pleasant reception at the customer service desk. She described the problem to the customer service representative and the customer service representative immediately knew what the problem was. After that, the customer service representative took down all the necessary information, told her how it will be done, and promised a flushing truck on site as soon as possible. He told her that as soon as the call ends, a technician will call her back shortly.
The lady could breathe a sigh of relief as she had received a warm and professional reception. It didn't take long for the technician to call and within an hour the flush truck was on site, ready to tackle the problem. The flushing went flawlessly and the lady was able to go to the toilet again, without having to worry about a lot of sewage coming up from the shower drain.

Feedback after the work
24 Center always sends a feedback form after each work performed, we improve our service according to the feedback we receive. There the customer can tell about his experience, rate the experience on a grade from 1-10 etc. 24 Center improves its service according to the feedback that comes in after the work is done.
Feedback was given a rating of 9/10. The lady was satisfied with the customer service and the flush truck technician. To the customer service she wrote as feedback: "Very nice, got the feeling that the person was knowledgeable and explained well for someone who had never used a similar service before."
