Pricing
How does pricing work?

Our services have a minimum charge, which is normally 1 hour and 2 hours for on-call work. A service car fee and any material costs are added to the price.

How much does the service cost?

The exact price depends on the length of the work, the timing and any materials. We will provide an estimate before the work starts. For on-call work, prices are higher due to availability and the additional costs incurred to keep the service running around the clock.

Are travel costs included in the price?

Yes, we do. We use a fixed service car fee that covers travel to the site. No separate mileage allowance is charged.

On-call pricing is based on the urgency and availability of the work. We pay for technicians to be on call and guarantee a quick response, which makes the price slightly higher.

Yes, we do. We have a separate portal for businesses where property managers and other real estate professionals can easily manage work orders. This service is ideal for housing companies, real estate investors and retail chains, for example.

Yes, you can cancel before the work has started. If the technician has already arrived, you will be charged at least the minimum price.
