How it works
- Download the app. You can find the 24 Center Partner app in Google Play and Apple store
- Accept the order
- In the app you can check the different phases of the order
- Acknowledge the job as completed and send the final report
- Invoice the job as agreed
24 Centers service process
The customer calls 24 Center and has a need for an emergency job or a less urgent everyday service need. The customer receives a link where they can follow the progress of the order.
24 Center'scustomer service is open 24/7 all year round. The customer service representative identifies the customer's needs and forwards the order to the partner network.
The closest partner who is free to accept the job accepts the order in the 24 Center app. The progress of the order is quickly and easily reported via the app and the customer is informed about the progress of the order in real time.
