Smelly bathrooms
It was December and Christmas was approaching. A couple from Stockholm had been living with a smelly bathroom for a while. The house's pipes had been flushed earlier but the smell was still there. The couple had been advised to replace the sink's water trap, as it was most likely to be the source of the problem. With Christmas approaching, it seemed that all the plumbers were busy with one thing or another. On the agreed day, the plumber arrived on site with a water trap, tools and a good mood with a friendly smile. The technician checked the water trap and concluded that the smell was probably coming from there. It did not take long before the water trap was done and the smell disappeared. The technician thanked him and continued to his next assignment, it was getting close to vacation and there was still a lot to be done before that.
Feedback from work
24 Center sends out a feedback form to the client after each assignment. The form asks the client to describe their experience and rate the service on a scale of 1-10. The client of this project was satisfied with the work, the customer service and the technician. The client rated both the customer service and the technician 8/10. Free feedback on what could be improved: "It is good as it is". Based on the feedback, it can be said that the order went well, which is always nice to hear.
Invoicing of the work
24 Center sends the invoice within 2 weeks that the work has been performed. Since in this order all materials were on site at the customer's premises, it was not invoiced for materials, only working hours and compensation for service car.

Remember to ask about the possibility of deductions. The customer service will help you with questions about the deduction, provide the necessary information and apply for the deduction for the work performed. The deduction can only be claimed for working hours, not materials.
