A cold water heater
It was an afternoon in June, a little after 15. A couple in Gävle noticed that they were not getting any hot water at all. They had an older water heater that didn't want to do what it was supposed to do, namely heat water. They were handy and could check the heater a bit themselves and noticed that there seems to be a fault in a relay. The relay controls the water heater and makes sure that the resistors in the heater get power. If the relay does not work properly, the water heater will not work either.
After thinking for a while about what to do next, they did some Googling. They found 24 Center, which promised on its website to have an electrician on site quickly. In the morning the electrician got in touch. He asked a few questions about the water heater and said he would come before lunch to fix the problem. It was more than the couple had expected!
After a while, the electrician showed up. He brought tools, spare parts and a good mood. The electrician got to work straight away and it wasn't long before the water heater was running again.
