It was on a Tuesday night at 23:40 when the 24 centers alarm center received a call from KƤpylƤ in Helsinki.
The customer service representative described the mission as follows:
"Detached house in Helsinki KƤpylƤ. Half of the house has no electricity and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the switchboard. The power station is in the attic and the switchboard is there. You enter the property from the southern part of the house. Electrician immediately on site, contact with customer immediately, so they know the electrician is on his way."

"Troubleshooting and repair of electrical fault as on-call work 23.45-02:30: Wire to fuse base crumbled due to loose connection which caused an arc. In the worst case it could have led to a fire. The connections to the fuse base repaired and the wire spliced as required. Recommended to replace the faulty 63A fuse base completely in the near future as everyday work. Ordered on-call technician from the energy utility to disconnect the voltage temporarily for the replacement of the socket"
